Making That Change

We are into a new year. Where did 2009 go? Now that 2010 is here. What do you intend to do? What kind of changes do you intend to make this year? Personally, I’m going to lose some weight and get back in shape. If you’re like me, it’s time to get back to the land of being healthy and feeling better about myself. This year will be my 39th birthday in March. Next year I will hit the big 40 oh. Never thought I would see myself as being over the hill. Speaking of big 40 oh…. my favorite episode of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is called the Big Four Oh. The character aunt Vivian is going through some changes and wanting to go for her dream as she realizes she is hitting 40. Look at her in this bodysuit. She looks Maavelous!! Speaking of bodysuits. You know I’m about the shapewear. I’m going to be keeping some good pieces in my foundation wardrobe…although the sizes I suspect will be decreasing, I still see a need for keeping that firm and pulled in look. Ah Monique, I wish I was 40 again!
As for weight, well, I realised I had a problem after Christmas when I bought a firm control panty in what I thought was my size, only to find it very difficult to get on and a bulge on top. So the next purchase was medium control a size larger, and it’s fine!
Hi Monique!. I agree that we must do some changes in our lives this year. And speaking of losing weights, me either have the plans to lose weights and wearing corsets really helps me in reducing some flabs and fats to my body.
